Who We Are?

Direct Land Services Corp. is a full-service abstract company, which provides personalized title services in the New York Metropolitan Area. We are an authorized agent in New York State of three major title underwriters, Lawyers Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Insurance Company.

Direct Land offers a broad range of services to assure that the transfer of title and the enjoyment and use of your new home or property goes smoothly, efficiently and problem free.


As a Direct Land client you can obtain access to internal systems to obtain information about the status of your files, submit title applications directly into Direct Land's systems, obtain your title reports and associated documents in an extremely efficient and timely manner, and download from a host of legal documents and forms available for your convenience.
